While actress Natalie Portman confesses that she is naturally slim, Beyoncé has admitted to struggling with her weight, revealing that she has to work extremely hard to maintain that gorgeous figure we all lust over. Here are their top tips on how they keep in shape...

'I'm not one of those people who doesn't have to work at it'
Beyoncé always looks fabulous, but the Crazy in Love singer admits she is prone to putting on weight.
Speaking to Self magazine, she said: 'I'm not one of those people who doesn't have to work at it. I can't eat what I want, and I can't not go to the gym. There are no quick, easy secrets. The truth is, it's a lot of sacrifice. It's more about your mental strength than your physical strength.'
So how does she stay in such great shape?
Food: Beyoncé cuts out red meat, bread, bad foods and alcohol from her diet. Her typical daily diet is quite manageable, consisting of cereal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and fish with vegetables for dinner.
Beyoncé works out a whopping five times a week, and does a combination of weights, running and dancing to stay in shape.
The singer swears by Spanx control pants. These slim the waist, thighs and make the bottom pert without any of the workout stress
Eat nutritious food containing lots of water like vegetable broths as water fills you up without the calories!
While the Black Swan actress is naturally petite, she still lives a healthy life to look and feel good.

So, how does Natalie stay healthy?
Natalie is a vegetarian - lentils is a way of getting protein into her diet. She also eliminates alcohol and cigarettes.
Natalie does a lot of walking and yoga. She also runs three or four times a week
Being naturally slim, Nat doesn’t need to cheat to look slender, but she admits in the quote above that she has been advised to wear a push up bra to enhance her bust!
