Model Heidi Klum has revealed to Women’s Fitness how she stays in amazing shape and that she has always had body confidence.
She said in an interview: ‘I've always felt great about my body. I've always been very confident, and I still am. I wouldn't go to the gym in a sports bra and little shorts - I feel like everything's jiggling around. But I didn't do that before, either.’
German-born Heidi says she keeps in shape running after her children as she’s not a big fan of the gym.
‘If it's with my kids or we're going on a hike with the dogs or jumping in the swimming pool, or we have a gigantic trampoline in the backyard. Every once in a while I go on the treadmill, but I don't love that so much. I like the outdoors a lot.’
The busy mum of 4 says that it gets harder to stay slim as she gets older.
She said: ‘The metabolism definitely changes when you turn 40. I always thought, that's not going to happen to me, but it is happening to me. If I indulge more, I have to exercise more.’
Heidi watches her figure buy avoiding processed carbs.
She said: ‘I figured out what works for me. I'll eat everything but the pasta and bread.’
