Kim Kardashian admits to festive overindulging ‘I ate a lot over the holidays’

Kim Kardashian took to website Mobio Insider for a question an answer session and revealed she took a break from her strict diet and exercise regime over Christmas.

The reality star said: ‘I did the Atkins diet, and I really stuck with it… I am starting again this week, since I ate a lot over the holidays.’

Kim has been showing off her phenomenal post-baby figure in a series of revealing selfies.

She was sure to treat her fans to another candid Instagram pic, admitting her obsession with the photo craze with the caption: ‘I love a good selfie ;-)’

She went into to detail with some photo sharing tips.

‘My favorite is a glam selfie, usually at a shoot when I have fab make up on! Love sharing all the make up tips.’

‘I love to change up hair and make up. I love trying new things.’

The star continued: ‘Natural make up is easier too! Looks fresh and goes better with my blonde hair.’

Kim also addressed the criticism she receives on a regular basis, from comments about her body to questions surrounding her ability as a mother to daughter, North.

She wrote ‘It's hard because seems that these days people can never be happy for you… People can hide behind their computer and say whatever they want.'

She added that people are 'always throwing some shade to ruin a fun or exciting moment you may be having. You just have to be positive and truly ignore it.’

She finished the revealing fan chat with some advice for her fans:

'Never change who you are. Be happy for others, and be happy for yourself if you accomplished something you are proud of.’
