The 34-year-old, who is 6 months pregnant, tweeted a 4D scan of the little fellow, writing:
Can't stop looking at our boys hd scan photos @miracleprogress Me & @hughhanley can't wait to meet you gorgeous boy.'
This will be Michelle's second child with husband of 3.5 years Irish businessman Hugh Hanley.
They also have 2-year-old daughter Faith.
The Liberty X star's latest and last pregnancy is particularly poignant, as she previously confirmed her plans to have her ovaries removed following the birth of her second child, to avoid the risk of ovarian cancer.

The brave singer underwent a double mastectomy and breast reconstructive surgery in 2012, after she discovered she had an 80 per cent chance of developing breast cancer and a 30 per cent chance of developing ovarian cancer due to a mutated BRCA2 gene.
