Quincy and Gracie Latkovski both love to dance. And, even though Gracie has cerebral palsy and cystic fibrosis, they aren't about to let anything stand in their way.

The two little ballerinas gave a beautiful and heartfelt performance to 'Reflection' from Disney's Mulan, using a mirror to show how Gracie feels liberated despite her disability.

Making sure her motorised wheelchair was fully incorporated into the routine, the duo both began in wheelchairs and then created a story which will melt even the hardest of hearts:

Gracie told HLN: “I love dancing and want to show that I can do anything everyone else can because I believe in my dreams.”

What an inspirational little girl!
