Isabella Luckett, who cannot stand up unaided, had a harness sewn into her dress, which was then attached to her father. This allowed them to take steps together.
And the special device also meant Isabella was able to dance at the wedding reception later that night.
The harness, which is called an Upsee, only launched onto the market last month, but Isabella's loving father Gary contacted the company to have one made specially for his daughter.
His wife, Natalie Luckett, 29, said: 'Bella's very shy but she told me she feels like a princess, like Cinderella.'
'She is such a happy little girl and you can see from her smile and from the pictures she did so well.'
The product was invented by a music therapist from Israel, whose child suffers with cerebral palsy.
She said: 'Out of my pain and desperation came the idea for the Upsee and I'm delighted to see it come to fruition.'
