62-year-old Edmin Aviv would shout 'Monkey Mama' at his neighbour, hurl abuse at her disabled children, and even smeared dog faeces all over the wheelchair ramp outside their home.
But in a hilarious twist, the judge in his case has ordered the man to sit on a busy street carrying a sign telling people of his behaviour.

The full sign reads: 'I am a bully I pick on children that are disabled and I am intolerant of those that are different frommyself my actions do not reflect an appreciation for the diverse South Euclid community that I live in.'
Scott Prugh and his family were the raget of Aviv's hate campaign for many years - stating that he would target the children when they were playing outside.
Aviv was also sentenced to 15 days in jail, had to attend anger managment classes, and perform 100 hours of community service.
