The model, 30, changed her cover photo from one of Jamie and her on their big day to a collage of their children.
She also swapped her main profile picture from one of her in her wedding dress to a very pouty selfie.

The strange move comes as a second woman has claimed that Jamie cheated with her.
Sarah Bailey, 33, told today how Jamie seduced her in February while on a month’s training in LA.
She told The Sun: “He’s a serial cheat. Mother-to-mother, I want tell her she should leave him.”

Sarah claimed that Jamie said he was divorced after they met in Starbucks, and he pursued her before ‘seducing her over cocktails at sunset’ at her private villa.”
These new revelations come just days after a first woman told how footballer Jamie, 27, cheated on Danielle with her - and that they'd had sex in the marital home while his friends cheered.
Danielle seemed to be doing her best to disperse rumours of a split at the weekend, when she posted: "Spending a romantic weekend away at syonpark our wedding venue with my gorgeous husband #love"
She also revealed her new tattoo of Jamie's name, writing: "Love my new tattoo dedicated to my gorgeous hubby Jamie love him so much #forever"

Both of these posts seem to have since been deleted.
But sources say that in reality Danielle is far from happy. One told the Mirror: "She's distraught. She spent all day grilling Jamie and is worried about the effect this could have on the kids."
After the cheating story first broke and following a showdown with Jamie, Danielle was reportedly spotted leaving their £2.3 million home with suitcases.
Both Danielle and Jamie have yet to officially speak of the allegations.
