What is it?A morning rave. It's a sober affair in a large London warehouse space with DJs, yoga, massage and a smoothie/coffee bar.The pros? You don't even feel like you're working out and, before you realise it, you've been dancing away to some absolute bangers for over an hour. The cons? It's currently only in London and there is no real structure to the session – you rely on the tunes taking you away. You also have to queue to get in. That just makes it feel like a real rave, though, right? How much? £10 a sessionWhere?London and at nationwide festivals Find out more: http://morninggloryville.com13 of 20

What is it?An intense ballet-inspired workout that involves hand weights and a Pilates ball. The pros? It's a seriously toning workout and more interesting that your regular yoga or Pilates class as you use a ballet bar.The cons? It's not for the faint-hearted – it's really hard. It also sometimes felt a bit rushed at times as there was so much to fit into the hour-long session. It's also a very new gym workout – so is only offered in a few Equinox gyms at the moment. How much?Varies – depending on the gym membershipWhere?Worldwide at Equinox gymsFind out more: www.equinox.com14 of 20

What is it?A fast-paced dance workout to a live DJ and MC. The workout is fast paced and you REALLY build up a sweat. The cons? It's a bit rushed, very hard to follow, and the warm-up and cool down could be a little more extensive to avoid injury. How much? £11.50 an hour session (gets cheaper if you buy in bulk)Where?Currently only in London.Find out more: http://ravercise.me15 of 20

What is it?Yoga and 80s dance craze voguing to an 80s soundtrack. The pros? It's certainly unique and super-fun – especially if you embrace the fancy-dress element to it. It also gives you a seriously good arm workout, so is brilliant for toning those bingo wings. The cons? It's a bit silly – and if you're in it for the yoga, you'll get a bit annoyed, as the poses aren't really explored properly. How much?£10-12, depending on whether you book in advance.Where?London and nationwide at festivals. There are plans to roll out the classes around the UK soon.Find out more: http://vogalondon.co.uk/#/16 of 20

What is it?Dynamic vinyasa (flow) yoga in a large inflatable pod that's heated to 37 degrees. The pod can be erected anywhere u2013even in your office space if you have room. The pros? It's pretty flexible – if you can get enough people in your workplace interested they'll come to you. The high-impact yoga suits all levels (although, they're starting an advanced class) and seriously burns the calories. It's also seriously chilled out – after the relaxation in the dimly lit pod, you barely want to leave. The cons?No showers. Yup, because it's pop-up, you've got to find somewhere close to shower afterwards (or get some horrid looks on public transport on the way home)How much?Around a tenner a class. There are lots of offers, though, and if you buy a block of sessions, you save lots of money.Where?London, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Swansea with plans to roll out more nationwide – ask nicely and they'll come to your officeu2026Find out more: http://www.hotpodyoga.com/17 of 20
