Katie Hopkins: ‘If your husband cheats you have yourself to blame- lose weight’

Katie Hopkins has struck again, this time attacking scorned women across the country.

The controversial social commentator, who met her current husband while he was still married to someone else, has blamed women for their philandering partners.

Writing in her Best column, the mother-of-three declares:

"The truth is, you only have yourself to blame. You made some bad choices and now you are going to have to deal with the consequences. You just have to face it," she writes.

"When your husband goes AWOL, the real mug is staring back at you in the mirror. It takes two to fall apart - it's just that one didn't know it was happening.

"So take a good look at yourself. You probably nag too much or carry an extra 3st (those PJs aren't helping)."

The 39-year-old previously revealed she didn't regret 'stealing'husband Mark, who she was caught romping in a field with, from his then-wife Ruth, telling Now:

"I don’t apologise for stealing my husband Mark from his wife."

"Our affair was exhilarating, our time together has been a hoot and we’re happy."

And it wasn't the first time she's had an affair with a married man, revealing:

"If you aren’t happy with your partner, an affair can be liberating," she added.

"In my first affair with a married man, I offered him the opposite of the life he had with his wife.

"I was young, carefree, childless and spontaneous. I didn’t want to talk about the mortgage, the gas bills or the dry rot in the loft. I just wanted to have fun.

"In my life, I’d far rather regret something I’ve done than regret not doing it.

"For me to cheat or not to cheat is simply a question of how much you’ve got to lose."

However the former Apprentice contestant added at the time that she would not cheat on her husband due to her thee children, adding:

"There’s too much at stake. When you have a family, you can’t think like a single person any more.
