"In fact, I liked my nose before and now. If I had a cupboard with both noses, I would alternate between them!”

Now the pregnant mum-of-four has shared a photo of herself from her pre-surgery days with fans - and the transformation is startling.
The photo, which Katie retweeted into her timeline, focuses on 20-year-old Pricey back in 1998.

Smiling happily into the camera, the fresh-faced glamour model is standing alongside a male fan as she enjoys a trip to Bosnia - and she's received high praise from the wife of the man in the picture.
Paula Headen wrote: "My hubby found this photo of you visiting the troop in Bosnia 1998. He's over the moon with it x"
One fellow Twitter user wrote in disbelief: "That's not her surely?" But Paula added: "It was nearly 17 years ago and my hubby said she is one of the nicest people he has ever met, I'm well jel x"
