He told E! that he definitely knew what he was doing although he was under the influence of drugs at the time.
"Yes, I was using drugs that night, but I was in complete control, I cut it off because that was the root of all of my problems.
My solution to the problem was the realization that sex is for mortals and I am a god... Those kinds of actvities got me into trouble, and I came here to be a god."
He also told E! that Doctors were unable to reattach the penis, which he severed using a steak knife.

Friends who lived in the North Hollywood building the rapper jumped from told that Mr Johnson cut off his penis and jumped from the second floor without warning.
He said he had been seeing a pyschologist after he was discharged from hospital, but that he has been deemed okay.
"I didn't want to kill myself," Johnson said. "That was just my response to the demons. They were doing their best to get to me, but being alive solidified my thoughts. I'm alive, penis or no penis."

The rapper performs under the name Christ Bearer with his group Northstar, who have been affiliated with and were discovered by the Wu-Tang Clan.
He said he hadn't spoken out on the incident before because: "People perceived me as crazy, so I never wanted to speak wholeheartedly on the matter."
