Singer Tulisa, 26, was embroiled in a drugs case until this week, following an investigation by The Sun on Sunday.

She was charged with being concerned with the supply of Class A drugs, but the case was thrown out of court after the judge revealed he ‘believed’ Mazher Mahmood, the undercover reporter, was lying.

Now documents submitted to the judge by Tulisa’s barrister Jeremy Dean QC have revealed that she feared Mahmood, who was using the name Samir, was trying to persuade her to have sex for the chance to land a film role.

The document continues to say that ‘Samir’ and his colleague spoke about drugs to make Tulisa believe that was the the way to go to impress them.

During the meeting and night out with Samir, Tulisa believed her and her friend’s drinks were spiked and, the document said that, Samir insinuated a ‘sex for the movie part’ exchange.

The document states: “TC perceived that sex for payment was being suggested. She declined the offer.”
