After being discovered abandoned and malnourished at just four-weeks old, the adorable fox cub was rescued by a wildlife ranger in Cornwall.

Along with being undernourished, the fox was also missing most of his tale, resulting in him being named Forrest Stump.

Forrest Stump now lives on a farm with his best friend Barney the dog and, as the clip shows, they just spend the whole day playing around with each other.

You can see from the video that the two friends really are enjoying each other’s company as they roll over the grass and chase each other around the garden.

Ironically, Barney is also missing most of his tale. This is definitely a friendship match made in heaven, right?
