But the pregnant mum-of-two, 23, seems to finally be cracking under the pressure, as she's taken to Twitter to vent her emotions.

Josie wrote: "OMG!!!!!! Words can not describe how I'm feeling. I need a good cry!!!!

"I promise to turn my life around!!!!!"

Some of Josie's followers sympathised with her, with one user replying: "You need to do it for yourself, in private and stop publicising every sordid little detail of your life."

Another added: "It's the only way you'll be able to get positive press is if you truly do turn your life around."

However some weren't quite as understanding.

One wrote: "The damage is done. You're too much of a publicity wh*re to fix yourself."

Josie caused outrage earlier this month when she sold four tickets to the birth of her son, and then revealed plans to sell the placenta.
