Katie, 36, exploded online, revealing that her ex best friend Jane sent her and 27-year-old Kieran Hayler an anniversary card – despite the fact she was having an affair with him.

She wrote: "june slut Pountney whore gave this to me and kieran a year after we got marrie knowing she was SHAGGING him! (sic)"

Business woman Katie attached a photo of the card, before insisting she was not going to stop talking about her friend's betrayal until she receives an apology.

Katie revealed earlier this year that Kieran had also has an affair with another of her friends, Chrissy Thomas, and last night said: "I'll keep on about jane & Chrissy they haven't said SORRY NOTHING,kieran has done something about it goes to therapy & has changed & SORRY (sic)"

While some Twitter users sympathised with mum-of-five Katie's situation, others questioned why she is focusing all of her anger on her former friends and not her cheating husband.

Katie hit back, saying: "TRUST me kieran hasn't had it easy either & regrets everything, when my new book comes out &you know the whole situation your be gob smacked.

"I'm a strong independent woman & have reasons how and why I've dealt with this extreme situation ! It's made me stronger than ever (sic)"

And just to drive her point home, Katie finished her rant with: "THE PRICEY IS BACK!! NEVER UNDER ESTIMATE THE PRICEY WOOOO (sic)"
