The telling message comes just three months after she found out that her husband of 18 months Kieran Hayler was having ‘a full blown sexual affair’ with her best friend, 49-year-old Jane Pountney.

Katie told fans: “You can’t force someone to respect you, but you can refuse to be disrespected.”

The pregnant star later shared a ‘daily positive quote’ with her Facebook followers.

The message read: “I choose to be unstoppable. I am bigger than my concerns and worries.”

“I focus on my goal and trust my intuition and live a courageous life.”

Aside from these messages, Katie has kept a fairly low profile on social media after it emerged that she had to skip hosting duties on her weekly radio station due to illness.

The mum-of-four revealed she was expecting her fifth child- a daughter- with Kieran Hayler earlier this year, just days before discovering her husband’s affair.

The 36-year-old is due to give birth any day now and it was recently reported that, despite his recent indiscretions, 26-year-old Kieran will be present at their daughter’s birth.
