The TOWIE star, 26, flirted with 30-year-old Nicola on Twitter, after their mutual friend Maria Fowler posted a picture of her.

Replying to the snap, Mario wrote: "Amazing!"

Nicola obviously wasn't shy about the attention,, cheekily writing back: "He is fit tbf"

Mario then asked Nicola out via the social networking site, saying: "going to take this as a yes! Maria your baby sitting Friday… McLean, you and I are out x", to which Nicola replied: "Done".

The three of them then seemed to take a swipe at fellow former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger, 28 ,for her recent leaked sex clip.

Maria responded to her friends setting up the date: "this is like totes amaze. Can I come and watch? No? Oh ok."

Taking a swipe, Mario said: "no we will send you a video.. I hear that's the new thing these days (no names) x"

It seems Mario could be on the look out for more than a casual date. He recently said his nephew Buzz has made him broody and he is keen to settle down.

He told a British magazine: "[Buzz] makes me feel so broody – can you believe it? Mario, broody!

"I want to settle down. I'm done having my fun with women. It's time to get serious."
