In between sharing snaps of her holiday antics on Twitter, the model also addressed criticism that she hadn't been keeping in touch with the father of her two sons while abroad.

'For those asking of course I've sent my boys dad pictures of them on holiday with me while he is vegas #goodmum (sic)' she hit back.

One Twitter user criticised Nicola's decision to broadcast this news to the world, writing: 'Did people ask or is this your way of making sure people know ?'

Holding her own, Nicola responded: 'Mixed messages aren't cool ! I'm showing my hand.'
