RECIPE: Chilli and Chorizo Omelette

· Add one teaspoon of Lucy Bee Coconut Oil into a pan.

· Add all the veg and stir fry for 2 mins

· Mix 3 eggs in a bowl and pour over the veg cook for 1 minute

· Add the chorizo

· Place under the grill for one minute

· Enjoy!
