When Vanessa DeLeon went to register her son at her local elementary school, she had no idea that she'd be walking out again with TWO children.

Thankfully for the mum-of-four, brand new school nurse Ashleigh Morris - who was on her second day of the job - was ready to help deliver the baby.
Speaking with KHOU.com, she showed off her office, explaining: "This is our makeshift labour and delivery room for the day.
"She laid down right here. She was screaming."

With a little help from the school's headteacher and school officer, they set to work bringing Vanessa's impatient baby into the world.
Minutes later, little Geovani Ezekiel Deleon - who weighed 6 pounds and 3 ounces - was born.
The teaching faculty used a string to cut the umbilical cord and proudly presented the infant to his mother.
With no towels or blankets in school, they needed something to wrap the baby in.
The headteacher revealed: "Ashleigh is over there and she is saying I need t-shirts, we are just grabbing them and throwing to her!"

New mum Vanessa said: "At first I was like, oh my God. I can't believe I'm one of those ladies that has baby at one of those weird random places.
"They all did a great job. I just want to thank everyone for being there and treating me so kindly."
