Before Stephanie was evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house, George revealed his feelings for her.
But he seems to have forgotten all about her as he and Edele took their flirtation to the next level on their last night in the house.
A source told the Mail: "[Stephanie] is both shocked and appalled by the unexpected hook-up.
"Stephanie was close to George and considered Edele her friend – it's not very thoughtful of them.
"She said George was her 'bed buddy', so it's not something you want to see so quickly after leaving the house."
Viewers will see on tonight's final episode, Edele getting into bed with telly star George and wrapping her arms around him.
They quickly pull the covers over their head, before George can be heard whispering "You're naughty."
According to the source, Stephanie is mostly annoyed because she and George had agreed to be each other's back up plans if they both hadn't found 'the one' in five years.
