Drink plenty of water

Keep a bottle next to your bed because you'll wake up parched.

And also Vaseline for your lips.

Talcum powder is a girl's best friend!

I suffered terrible chafed thighs in the heat.

It was unbearably painful, so Baby Powder talcum powder became my best friend.

I had to wear a pair of cut-down tights under my maxi dress just so I could walk!

I carry the talc in my handbag at all times.

Big knickers!

My mum Kathy bought them for me from Primark - they're really cheap and comfortable.

I could have kissed her when I wore them.

So throw out the thong asap and while you’re at it, invest in a good comfortable maternity bra.

Moisturise every day

My obstetrician bought me Clarins Huile oil to prevent stretch marks and I haven't got a single one.

I slather my body in it now because it smells so nice.

Ditch the heavy baggage

Mum is always telling me off for carrying a heavy bag, so I now keep them really light or I get back and shoulder pain.

And relax!

Don't feel guilty for putting your feet up and watching daytime telly.

I love watching ‘Judge Rinder’ as I would never have been home otherwise. Sitting there and watching daytime telly is new for me.

In the past I'd feel I should be doing something.
