When escort Leah Caprice was left paralysed after falling from a window, she was determined not to let her disability hold her back.

Astonishingly, since the horrific accident in 2008, she's earned thousands of pounds escorting and has even set up her own website for men who have a fetish for disabled women.

Leah, 34, says: "The accident was devastating. At first I thought my life was over and was convinced I couldn't be an escort. But lots of men are curious about dating and having sex with disabled women.

"I was seeing eight clients a month before the accident, now it's gone up to 15. After the accident I realised I could charge double. My clients treat me well. They take me to fancy restaurants and I've even been to Australia. Being in a wheelchair doesn't mean I'm not sexy.

"I'm determined it won't hold me back."
