But this video isn’t for the faint hearted, or those who are easily offended by very small leotards and lots of twerking. It’s a bit Miley-Cyrus-For-Grown-Ups.
It won’t stop us trying to recreate this on Saturday mind though.
Recently, the 45-year-old opened up about her incredible body, saying she tries to keep airbrushing to a minimum.
“I know everybody knows photos are retouched and this kind of stuff, but I do try to do minimal because I really want it to be real.
“And I always have them send me the original. I’m like, ‘wait a minute, did you do something too much?’”
