The 24-year-old initially thought she was expecting a baby boy, but has since decided to quit smoking and drinking after discovering she is, in fact, due to give birth to a baby girl in October.
Josie has also cancelled sales of tickets to the birth, which she was planning on airing via Skype.

Speaking to The Sunday Mirror, she said: “I want to enjoy my precious first few moments alone with my daughter and my mum - not share them with the world.”
Josie shocked the nation when she revealed that having after being told she was expecting a boy she decided to start smoking and drinking again.
Now that she has been told she is having a baby girl, she has decided to live more healthily.
“I've really started looking after myself. I have never purposely put my child at any risk, but when I was originally told I was having a boy I just lost all willpower to avoid cravings.

“I've now cut down to just one or two fags a day. I'm about to get hypnotherapy to stop completely.”
Josie revealed her pregnancy earlier this year, telling a journalist that she had fallen pregnant by a client whilst working as an escort.
