A Scottish island ran out of water as everyone rushed to take part and public figures from Posh to former president George W Bush have been doused in cold water to raise cash for Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

However one celeb – Pamela Anderson – took a strong stand , refusing to take part due to the fact research into MND involves animal testing.
