The model , who has been sharing regular 'positive quotes' after giving birth to a baby girl 6 weeks ago, uploaded an inspirational quote today reading:
"I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it."

The 36-year-old added the caption, "The greatest things in life never come easy xx", hinting at her struggle to come to terms with 28-year-old Kieran's affair, whom she has been married to for 20 months.
However it is clear the mother-of-five clearly believes her marriage is worth the fight, and Katie- also known as Jordan- recently revealed she does not want revenge.
"A lot of people have passed comment on my decision to stay with Kieran and work on our marriage after he cheated on me with two friends," she wrote.
"Of course people are entitled to their own opinion and I know why people might think I'm a fool for staying. But no one really knows what goes on behind closed doors.
"And there are obviously good reasons for me to stay with Kieran. I love him. But believe me, he hasn't had it easy."
Katie is mother to 11-year-old Harvey from her relationship with Dwight York, 9-year-old Junior and 7-year-old Princess from her marriage to Peter Andre, and baby Jett and a newborn girl whom she has not yet named.
