The pictures- which have also been leaked on Twitter- reportedly show a brunette woman taking private images of her breasts and bum whilst standing in front of a bathroom mirror.
The woman in the picture is not wearing a wedding ring, but bears a strong resemblance to the reality star.
The 33-year-old has yet to confirm it is her in the pictures.
Former Disney star Vanessa Hudgens has also reportedly been targeted by the hacker.
The 25-year-old was forced to apologise after personal photos were leaked of her whilst she was still filming the famous High School Musical franchise.
Neither stars have confirmed or denied that the pictures are genuine.
The latest ‘leaked pictures’ come just weeks after a ‘mass hacker’ claimed he had stolen the personal photos of 101 female celebrities.
Stars such as Jennifer Lawrence and Cat Deeley targets by the hacker, with Jennifer’s people describing the shocking theft as a ‘flagrant violation of privacy’.
