According to Radar Online, the divorce documents state that Kris, 58, is asking the judge to “terminate the court’s jurisdiction (ability) to award spousal support to” Bruce, 64.

She is also asking that all “earnings and accumulations … from and after the date of separation,” June 1, 2013, be hers and hers alone.

“There are additional separate property assets and obligations of the parties, the exact nature and extent of which are not presently known,” the documents state.

Kris is estimated to have a net worth of $125 million, with Bruce set at a reported $100 million.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians matriarch has cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce, and asks for joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s 17-year-old daughter Kylie.

Their daughter Kendall is 18 years old.

The couple announced their split in October 2013, but court documents have shown that the relationship actually ended several months before.

Bruce has agreed to the terms set by Kris; this comes as no surprise, as the duo chose NOT to hire lawyers, instead having their managers hammer out the deal and negotiate division of property.

Kris and Bruce wed in 1991, shortly after Kris’ divorce from Robert Kardashian, Sr., with whom she had children Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob.

They announced their separation in October 2013; however the court documents state that they ended their marriage in June the same year.
