The glamour model was attending a Big Reunion concert with husband Kieran Hayler when she came across her ex-lovers.
The 36-year-old appeared unfazed when she spotted ex-boyfriend Dane Bowers DJing at the event, and according to onlookers she did her best to make sure Dane noticed her.
Gareth Gates- who lost his virginity to the model at 17- reportedly ‘fled’ the venue once he clapped eyes on Katie.
A source told The Sun: "It was really awkward. Everybody knew Katie had history with both guys.

"She seemed quite drunk and made a real point of being right at the front for Dane’s DJ set.
"Kieran was following her like a puppy. As soon as Gareth saw she was around, he legged it."
Kieran, 26, is only recently back in wife Katie’s good books after a turbulent year which saw his affair with Jane Pountney revealed to the world.
Following the birth of the couple’s second child together- a daughter named Bunny- Katie insists that Kieran is a changed man.
She even confirmed that they would be renewing their wedding vows later this year.
She told a UK magazine: "We'll be renewing our vows. It's another excuse to get in a wedding dress again."
