The Chihuahua was left with a broken leg after the incident

According to cafe manager Jasmine Hyder, McHale was already banned from the coffee shop for harassing other customers.

‘He comes in and starts chaos’ she said. ‘It’s an innocent dog, and you sabotaged the dog’s life for no reason.’

McHale apparently smashed a glass before taking the rest of his anger out on the pup.

The dog, that weightd just four pounds, was taken in by Houston’s Animal Shelter and Adoption Facility.

He suffered a broken back leg during the incident, which will cost about $1,000 to fix. The poor pooch was also left bleeding from his ear after the attack, but is now recovering in the safety of the shelter.

The Animal Shelter are now asking for donations through the Frisky Paws Rescue website here.
