She’s admitted to sleeping with over 100 women while working in the lesbian porn industry, now Brit Teresa Carey says God told her to transform her life – in a face-to-face epiphany.

The 36-year-old turned her back on the sex industry and is now expecting her first child with her car salesman husband Scott – who says he also witnessed the religious vision.

Teresa – who had worked in X-rated films and posed for adult magazines since the late ’90s – says: “A vision came over us both… It shook us to the core… And I think the reason it happened to us both together is so that, years down the line, I can think back and realise, ‘I’m not crazy, because it happened to my husband as well.”

The mum-to-be says she and Scott – who she's been with since the age of 17 and was always supportive of her former career – were listening to the Beatles’ Across The Universe when they had an “out of body experience” five years ago.

She recalls: “It was a day like any other. I’d finished work, he’d finished uploading some of my pictures to the internet, we were chilling out listening to music, and we had an out of body experience together.

“It was like being in a dream, but being awake at the same time. All I could see was a pathway that was a neon rainbow and in the vision was a man dressed in white and he was talking to people.

“We came face-to-face with Jesus, and from that moment on our lives have been changed.

“I now realise that being a porn star was not what God wanted me to be doing, but he didn’t condemn me for it. It’s was more ‘When you’re ready, you can come with me.’”

Teresa – who’s from Gedling, Nottinghamshire – quit her job, overhauled her wardrobe and started studying the Bible. Now she’s dedicating her life to spreading the word of God and regularly performs speeches at universities or churches around the UK.

She says: "People are really positive, talking to me afterwards. That’s what I'm always telling people – if Jesus could come to me, a woman who was working in the porn industry, which most people around me would think was a pretty low thing to me doing, then he can come to anybody."

And she claims their new baby is a “gift from God.” Teresa adds: “We can’t wait to be parents. It’s the next step in our future.”
