The pregnant mother-of-one took some time off to receive treatment from royal doctors after it was revealed she was suffering from the often serious and debilitating condition.

The 32-year-old stayed with her parents whilst husband William carried on with the couple’s royal duties.

KATE MIDDLETON'S DUE DATE REVEALED

Kensington Palace announced yesterday that Kate and William’s second child will be due in April, though a more specific due date has yet to be announced.

Though Kate is back at work, her spokesman has said that her schedule will be reviewed on a ‘case-by-case’ basis as she continues to recover.

He said: "Her engagements are being reviewed on a case by case basis. Any future engagements will be announced in due course.”

KATE MIDDLETON RETURNS TO PARENT'S HOME AFTER SUFFERING FROM MORNING SICKNESS

The Duke of Cambridge is expected to pay a visit to New York next month, and it is hoped that he will bring his pregnant wife with him, though it will depend on Kate’s condition at the time.

The couple became parents to their son George last year.

The birth of Prince George caused a media frenzy, which is almost certainly set to repeat itself as the due date of Royal Baby No.2 draws closer.
