Dan, 23, sparked rumours of a split when he suggested that things weren’t working out between him and 21-year-old EastEnders’ actress Jacqueline.
Taking to Twitter, Dan wrote: “Relationships don’t seem to work do they [sic]” For dramatic effect, the TOWIE star added a sad face emoji.
Concerned fans immediately assumed Dan had split from pregnant Jacqueline, and they are said to be having some ‘breathing space’.
A source told The Sun: “It’s been a really difficult time for Dan. All the speculation is putting a huge strain on his relationships.

“Teddy [His 11-month-old son] has always been Dan’s priority and the new baby will be too. He just wants to be given the breathing space to be a good dad to both his children – who he is entirely dedicated to.”

Jacqueline seemingly responded to Dan’s tweet, posting a picture of a yawning cat to Instagram on the same day.
It certainly has been a difficult time for Dan. Last week he was reportedly arrested on suspicion of assault, after a fight with Teddy’s mum Megan Tomlin, 21. He was later released without charge.
If Dan and Jacqueline have split up it will be the second time in just over a year.
Both of them have remained quiet on the subject, with Dan instead posting pictures of him spending quality time with Teddy.
