The former EastEnders actress was reportedly left ‘distraught’ this week after her cage fighter ex boyfriend Tom Richards, 25 put her 18-year-old son Kai in hospital.

During the alleged bust-up, Tom was left with an eye injury that required medical attention.
“Kai was arguing with Danniella, saying he didn’t want Tom in the house. But then Tom got involved and things turned nasty.
"Kai ended up quite seriously injured. Danniella and Kai fled to her parents’ house and they took him to hospital," a source told the Daily Star.

He allegedly posted a Facebook status about the row, along with a picture which showed him with a black eye.
The source said: “To say Danniella is distraught would be a massive understatement. Her life has been turned upside down.
“She is obviously worried something like this will push her into going back to drugs but she us determined not to let it ruin her life.”
Earlier this year former cocaine addict Danniella admitted she’d relapsed and confessed to sleeping with her dealer while on holiday in Magaluf.
But the 41-year-old sought treatment and she and Tom worked on their relationship, but then reportedly called it quits earlier this month.
However, despite the ‘attack’ on Kai, Danniella hopes she and Tom ‘can be friends’, with the source adding: “Tom has shown genuine remorse for the row and she knows he’s a good person at heart.”
