The 30-year-old filed for divorce almost a year ago but Lamar failing to respond could result in the case being dismissed.

It’s been alleged that documents have been submitted which say that because they are taking so long the divorce might not be granted.
A source told RadarOnline: “Khloe has been told by her attorney, Laura Wasser, that she could file a motion to have the divorce granted, even though Lamar hasn’t formally responded.
“Becoming legally divorced would allow Khloe to move on, while lawyers for the former couple could hash out a financial settlement.
“However, Khloe has held off taking that dramatic step.”
Despite being unable to legally separate from basketball player Lamar, 34, Khloe has been in an on/off relationship with rapper French Montana.
The couple were recently spotted together for his 30th birthday party, also attended by her family, and things between them seem very much on at the minute.
Posting a cute picture of the pair of them to Instagram, Khloe gushed: “Happy birthday baby boy! In only a short amount of time we have created timeless memories.
“Happy birthday to a man who genuinely lives life to its fullest. ‘What’s understood doesn’t need to be explained’
