The 36-year-old businesswoman rose to fame as a glamour model, but think’s Kim, 34, shouldn’t be forcing her nudity on anyone.
Speaking The Morning Show on Australia’s Channel 7, Katie said: “If I’m honest, I liked the picture when she had the dress on and the champagne drink going over her. I thought that was quite arty.
“But the full frontal one, I don’t know why she did it and it wasn’t really an attractive pose.
"I think it was the wrong kind of magazine for her to have done that in.
“My background is a glamour model and I started out as a topless model. As for Kim, I’ve never seen pictures of her like that – she’s normally dressed in fashionable, really tasteful stuff.”
The mum-of-five also commented that certain parts of Kim’s body don’t look very comfortable in the shoot, adding: “It looks like she’s got sore nipples.”
But, despite this, she slammed Kim’s critics who say she shouldn’t get naked because she’s a mother.
Katie said: “I don’t [think it has anything to do with her being a mother]. I’ve got a sexy calendar coming out for next year and I’m a mother of five.
"If you feel sexy embrace it, but there is a time and a place and it’s how you do it as well.”
And Katie thinks the place for Kim’s shoot should have been American Playboy.
She said: “I thought she could have saved it for American Playboy or something. If she did the American Playboy editorial, I’ve done that myself, and that’s what actresses do.
“It’s tastefully done. I know that shoot is tastefully done, but it would look better in Playboy because then people could choose to see her naked. I was shocked to see it’s full on naked.”
