Alexandra Craigle, 25, cancelled her Uber taxi about a minute after requesting it - as she chose to take a more traditional yellow cab instead.

‘You are not human’ texted the driver after Craigle cancelled the car.

‘You hang up the phone and cancel the trip … go see a head doctor too.’

Craigle, who has been suffering from lymphoma since 2012, explained that it was cold and she was in pain, and didn’t want to wait for the Uber car.
