In a Jacksonville, NC Craigslist Missed Connection ad, the man reveals that he fell in love with the woman while she was delivering his wife's baby - and that he really wants to see her again.

The ad, which is still live online for all to see (including the guy's wife, presumably), reads: "This is probably a long shot but you were the nurse taking care of my wife while she was having our baby.

"I enjoyed our eye contact and would really like to talk to you more.

"Maybe tomorrow I will be there most of the day and I will bump in to you in the hall way or see you at the nurse station."

Judging by the tone of the ad, this all happened just days ago - and the guy's wife is STILL in hospital with their newborn son or daughter.

Yikes.

So we imagine it probably is, and we quote, a 'long shot' that the woman who was helping your wife through labour thought she was sharing meaningful eye contact with said woman's husband.
