The main one being she won't sign up until she's offered £150K.
Glamour model Josie, 23, tweeted that she's got no intention of joining the show until producers meet her demand.
She said: "Sorry guys, as I've said before I won't be going into Celebrity Big Brother next month until produces approach me with a min offer of £150k [sic]."
But it's not all for self gain, apparently. The mum-of-three insisted she would donate £50,000 of her expected fee to a little boy named James.
James' mother Vicki Mills is trying to raise the money needed for treatment to help him walk.
Josie said: "And before you twitter warriors start giving me abuse, it is a reasonable offer as The Sun reported 'White Dee' received £100k [sic].
"To prove its about principle and not money, I would pay the rest towards justgiving.com.JamesWTW £50k treatment if CBB met my requirements! [sic]."
Josie caused outrage earlier this year when she claimed she would abort her then-unborn child to go on the show.
She recently suggested she could be pregnant with her fourth child, just months after giving birth to her third.
"I'm scared THREE pregnancy tests showed positive, two negative and others inconclusive. Dr said an inaccurate positive is very rare unless it's early menopause or a health concern! Whys nothing simple? Anyone had same problem? [sic]."
