And, as soon as the plastic surgery procedure was completed, the mum-of-five couldn't help but take to YouGossip to show off her new look.
Sharing a photograph of her newer, flatter chest, shrewd businesswoman Katie seemingly decided to take advantage of the situation and send a cryptic message to fans about her love life.
Surely knowing that all eyes would be on her new boobs, she donned a slogan tee which read simply: "Dear Cupid, where the f**k are you?"
Katie has been seen in public with husband Kieran Hayler, who was famously exposed for cheating on the her while she was pregnant with daughter Bunny earlier this year.
However sources recently revealed that Katie's husband was left 'stewing' over her 'obsession' with ex-husband Peter Andre.
The source said: "Katie threw a huge party for the launch night but, with Pete's face popping up every couple of minutes, Kieran wasn't happy.
"When it finished, she spent the rest of the evening talking about what a fantastic experience it was [being on I'm a Celebrity] and how she'd do it all again - it was 'me and Pete this' all night. Kieran just had to sit there stewing in silence.
"Eventually, he walked out of the room and went to chat to the household staff in the kitchen."
And, while it remains unclear as to whether or not all is well between Kieran and Katie, the former model did reveal that her boob reduction has lost her a few secret admirers.

The mother-of-five told the Sun: “Junior went, ‘Oh my god, Mum! What have you done?’
“He said, ‘Where have your boobs gone?’
“I said, ‘Junior it’s a new me,’ and he said, ‘Mum, I like you with big boobs and my friends think you’re fit because you’ve got big boobs.’”

She finished: “I think, ‘Oh my god, Junior you’re only nine! But boys are so forward these days.”
