The 27-year-old will compete in the final of the dancing competition this weekend and rehearsals have left him too tired for any bedroom action with his stunning fiancée.
He told the Metro: “I’ve not been waltzing around the bedroom because I am tired all the time. And in pain.
“Since Strictly, every time I twist my back, I hear ten cracks. That never used to happen. My ankles, my groin – everything is hurting in every place.”
But Mark said that, despite their sex life suffering, he manages to keep the romance in their relationship alive.
Speaking to the Mirror, the former TOWIE star said: “About three weeks ago I’d been really missing her and she’d been really missing me.
“I sent her 27 roses and I said on the card, ‘Here’s 27 roses – this is how many days until we’re together.”
Mark’s fellow Strictly finalist Frankie Bridge also admitted that the show has meant less time for romance with husband Wayne, thanks to the fake tan she is required to wear.
She said: “I’ve got special tanning PJs. Long-sleeved ones. You know it’s not on when puts those on. Oh dear, roll over babe.”
