The 55-year-old is revealed he'll also be revealing all about life with girlfriend Lauren Silverman, 37, and baby Eric.
He told the Mirror: "I am writing one. I would write it myself, but I would work with someone. You've got to have someone, because someone has to do the research, but it would be my book."
In 2012 a book a book about Simon, written by Tom Bower, left the X Factor judge spending a week with 'his head under a pillow' in embarrassment.
At the time he said: "I want to publicly apologise to anybody I have embarrassed because I have tried to keep my private life quiet a bit, and I do have to apologise to certain people and certain members of my family.
"I will be honest with you, I spent last week under a pillow in my bedroom."
But Si's confident this time will be different. He said: "So much has happened since then, I think it will be great."
And any X Factor divas should start worrying, as Simon is planning to expose them all.
He said: "This year's X Factor has been brilliant, both Fleur East and Ben Haenow have been a pleasure to work with.
"As someone has already hinted, by the final stage of the competition, monsters do emerge. We have had our fair share. That goes in the next book."
