According to reports, Tom, 24, is providing a well-muscled shoulder for Amy, also 24, to cry on following her split from footballer Adam Smith.
While Amy left TOWIE before Tom joined, they've known each other since they were kids and are now apparently taking their friendship to the next level.
Equity broker Tom is believed to have recently accompanied Amy to lunch with her parents.
And it looks like he's already been treating businesswoman Amy to some expensive presents.
Posting a picture to Twitter recently, Amy wrote: "Thank you to a very special someone for my gorgeous new ring"
We know relationships in Essex historically don't last very long, but hopefully not having the TOWIE cameras in the their faces will give Amy and Tom a chance!
