But, while her former island co-star is currently winning over the public again on Celebrity Big Brother, Bianca has revealed she's on a slightly different career path.
The 28-year-old, stepdaughter of retired footballer Paul Gascoigne, is running a strip club.
She told The Sun: "It is a fantastic opportunity for me. This is a career for me."
While she once made a living appearing on the covers of lad mags such as Loaded and Zoo, Bianca now manages 20 members of staff and seven strippers in the venue.
According to reports, Bianca charges £20 for admission into the West End strip club and a VIP dance from three girls would cost you £1,200.
Gaslight claims it offers 'beautiful, articulate, energetic dancers, dressed in long evening dresses and stunning lingerie'.
This is not the first time Bianca has had a crack at something other than modelling.
In 2012 she auditioned for The X Factor, but the judges were not impressed and labelled her 'mediocre'.
