The model was accused of punching boyfriend Alexander Blair, and locking him in a car before speeding around Miami.
Alexander allegedly told police he was scared of Cami after she'd attacked him with bleach.
According to reports, Alexander dropped the charges and Cami was bailed by her father Michael.
Michael, 71, told The Sun: "Cami has always been a tough girl. She speaks her mind and is no pushover. She can have a fiery temper and, like me, she is a bit of a Napoleon.
"In this case she had become jealous of another girl and things got out of hand. Alexander was a nice guy but they ended things after that incident."
Cami, 28, was previously engaged to former TOWIE star Kirk Norcross, 26, but they called it off in 2013.
Since being in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Cami has grown close to 33-year-old Calum Best – despite the fact she is believed to have a boyfriend.
Viewers have watched her relationship develop with the model, with them engaging in some very heavy flirting sessions.
Last night Alicia Douvall was the second celebrity to be evicted from the house, but Calum, who'd been nominated, was sure he'd be leaving.
He told Cami: "My heart says yes. You'll be lost without me."
