Viewers were left outraged after Perez, 36, asked the opinionated reality star to perform a sex act on him- before licking her.
Perez spent two days in a secret room whilst his housemates were led to believe her had left the house for good.
After confronting Katie, 39, following his re-entry into the house, Perez told her: "If you get within licking distance I will lick you."
In scenes cut from the 9pm update, Perez reportedly said: “Lick it good, suck this d***, just like you should.”
According to reports, Perez may be quizzed by police over his behaviour as alleged sexual harassment.
The incident comes just weeks after contestant Ken Morley was kicked out of the CBB house for using racist behaviour and acting in a sexist manner towards the younger, female housemates.
Former child star Jeremy Jackson was also kicked out after he exposed model Chloe Goodman’s breast after a night of heavy drinking.
Jackson also received a police caution following the troubling incident.
