Pricey, 36, revealed to her fellow Celebrity Big Brother housemate Katie Hopkins, 38, that 11-year-old Harvey receives government funding to help out with his care – which would cost her up to £1,000 a day.

But the former glamour model – who is thought to be worth £40 million – was blasted by social commentator Hopkins, who insisted Katie should not be relying on hand-outs.

However Pricey’s good friend Kerry took to Twitter to slam Hopkins, writing: “Just caught up with CBB, who the hell is Katie H to say @MissKatiePrice is wrong regards to school runs!!!!!”

Mum-of-five Kerry then retweeted some supportive messages from fans.

One user wrote: “Harvey is entitled to care as is any other special needs kids paid for by the state [sic]”

Another added: “Totally agree every child should be cared for regardless of parents wealth [sic]”

Kerry then cheekily reposted a picture of Katie Hopkins romping in a field with her then-married partner, with the message: “At least @MissKatiePrice didnt break section 66 of the sexual offence act 2003… [sic]”

In one final dig at Hopkins, Kerry wrote: “Negativity is like a disease. If you don’t get rid of it, it will consume you!”
