The TOWIE star has made no secret of how seriously he takes his duties as a father, his Instagram showing a stream of adorable snaps of toddler Teddy.
And following the birth of baby Ella Selina with girlfriend Jacqueline Jossa, Dan is eager to prove the little one is just as treasured asTeddy.
Despite only being 12 days old, little Ella has now secured a prime place on Dan’s ribs, in the form of an adorable tattoo next to that of her older half brother.
Dan shared the snap, adding: "Thank you SO much @tattoo_mart for tattooing Ella on my ribs underneath Teddy Love it!! Give @tattoo_marta follow guys and the shop @ininkwetrusttattoo.”
And it looks as though little Ella isn't the only one to earn a permanent place of pride on Dan's body; he's only gone and got a special tattoo done for Jacqueline, too!
While the TOWIE star didn't get the EastEnders star's full name inked onto his body (well, who can blame him? There are a LOT of letters!), he did make sure to have a special 'J' and a heart symbol drawn onto him.
His eagle-eyed fans quickly spotted the new design, which is on his wrist, and shared a picture on Twitter - something which Dan was quick to retweet into his own feed, too.
Meanwhile it has been confirmed that Ella will be following in her famous parents' footsteps, as she has been confirmed as the next youngest cast member of TOWIE.
In an exclusive interview in OK! magazine, Dan said:
"They (TOWIE producers) want to get her on there as soon as they can, as everyone's excited to meet her."
When asked if the pair are planning to have more children, he also replied: "Yes, we're going to have a little break first! I'm sure we'll have more children and we'll get married but I'm not sure in what order yet.”
